Indian dishes: Paratha, a kind of Indian bread.

Paratha is a traditional Indian bread made of puff dough (is reflected in its title), which is usually served with curry dishes. The first paratha recipes were mentioned in an ancient Sanscrit encyclopedia written by Someshvara III, the king of the Western Chalukya (present-day Karnataka) in the XII century.

Such cakes are prepared from the Indian whole wheat flour "Atta", and can be stuffed or not. For example, there are several options in the menu of “Talk of the Town”: "Pudina Paratha" with mint topping and classic "Lacha Paratha" with oil.
